Where are you located?

Our customer service is located in sunny California.

We believe we are the only kink store of this kind with US-based customer service, so please, take advantage of it!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are usually 10-20 days worldwide. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped, and will be in touch throughout the process. Shipping is FREE on every order!


We are please to make kink as affordable and easy as possible, as well as offering free worldwide shipping. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in China by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.


We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.


Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States 10-30 Business days
Canada, Europe 10-30 Business days
Australia, New Zealand 10-30 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America 15-30 Business days
Max delivery time – 45 business days.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Firstly, please note that while we have attempted to consolidate suppliers as much as possible, some items ship separately from each other. This is especially true if you are buying from different categories of item–the best tail plugs might not be made in the same place as the best leather harnesses, etc. We do our best to keep the amount of packages as low as possible! This saves us packaging and ultimately keeps prices low. For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at [email protected] Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with a picture (image file size should be below 1MB). We will reship your item with no further questions, and we are happy to allow you to keep the incorrect item as a gift from us!

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

Simply contact [email protected] to make a request. You are able to modify your order for 12 hours after your purchase is made.
